The Hileon difference

There are three distinct functions to successful property management, each requiring specific knowledge and skills. While most property management agencies rely on a single person to perform each role, with Hileon you have three individual experts for maximum efficiency and peace of mind.


> Your Customer Service Manager is your single point of contact. Highly organised and skilled in customer service, your CSM will respond to your requests quickly, manage the day-to-day needs of your tenants and negotiate rent increases.


> Your Property Maintenance Manager coordinates a trusted team of craftsmen in all trades, selecting skilled people with the right level of expertise to attend to your property efficiently and economically as the task demands.


> Behind the scenes, your Maintenance Inspection Manager will schedule and document every task Hileon undertakes to protect and care for your investment, and provide you with a record for complete transparency.


The Hileon process


> Your brief

To begin, we will meet with you to discuss your expectations in regards to the management of your property, and the methods Hileon Property Management will employ to deliver on your expectations.


> Preparation

We will assess your property and inform you of any work required to ensure it meets all legal requirements prior to occupancy. We will also prepare for the marketing campaign, by commissioning professional photography and copywriting if required.

> Marketing

We may already know the perfect tenants for your property. If not we will find them by advertising on the major real estate websites. We will arrange supervised inspections and keep you informed of the campaign’s progress.

> Tenant selection

We review all tenancy applications as they are received, checking all references and relevant information. You will be presented with all the applications. We will make a recommendation but the final decision is yours.

> Documentation

We will prepare a detailed report describing the condition of your property prior to tenancy, as well as the lease agreement according to your terms. We will also lodge the bond.


> Vigilance

We will brief you on the outcome of our regular property inspections. If any maintenance work is required, we can arrange the necessary trades. Tenant requests will be brought to your attention, discussed, and acted upon appropriately.

> Ongoing monitoring

Our service includes ongoing monitoring of the rental market, and we will discuss rental reviews with you as required. Before the end of a fixed lease we will discuss your future intentions and, if agreed, arrange to renew the lease for another period.
